Having trawled the interweb for quite some time looking to buy an Elgrand, there are a few companies who specialize in them, and seem legit, however what made me choose Vine is the rather extensive list of checks and work they do before they hand over the vehicle, that's worth a lot in my eyes...especially the rear catalytic de-core which other companies no not mention. Now, a big no no is what I did, and that is to buy blind..10hr round trip which I did not have time for, however speaking to Rachel, who never pressured me at all, we talked through the options, and put me at ease as there was no obligation to buy when delivered after a deposit was paid. Clare was my delivery driver whose knowledge showed answering my questions, friendly and again, no pushy sales pitch. After the test drive, the deal was done, and I am very happy with the Elgrand...and Clare, I apologize for the crap cup of tea !! If I'm being picky, I dropped a star as I feel the interior could have been cleaned / valeted to a higher standard...sandy grit in the back area, dirty cubbies, and the rear AC cabin filter had not been cleaned / replaced. All in all a pleasant experience. Thanks.

After spending a long time looking to replace my old Elgrand for a newer version I came across Vine Place I browsed all the Elgrands that were available and there was one that I was really interested in good price good spec low mileage. I then rang them and spoke to Dave What a thoroughly decent chap he talked me through the whole process from start to delivery. Communication is excellent and nothing is to much trouble even though I kept on adding extras to the car eg sat nav rear monitor front facing camera etc. The car arrived and exceeded all my expectation's the deliver driver (Alan) wanted to wash the car on arrival because he had got some mud on it from the motorway. I would thoroughly recommend Dave and his team without any hesitation. Well done Dave and your team and I thank you for providing me with a car that exceeded all my expectations
