SportTec, established in 2010, has grown from a personal passion project into a prominent UK campervan conversion company. The company's journey began when its founder converted a personal van for travel, which garnered significant interest from other enthusiasts. This initial success led to a steady stream of projects, prompting SportTec to formally enter the market and establish its headquarters in Redditch, where it now operates from a 10,000 sq ft workshop and offices.

SportTec specializes in high-spec motorhome, adventure van, and sporthome conversions, building on brand new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (including AWD models) and MAN TGE vans sourced directly from manufacturers. The company prides itself on a comprehensive in-house process, from initial design concepts created by its design team to the construction of conversions by skilled craftsmen using premium materials. Each completed vehicle undergoes a rigorous 56-point assessment to ensure world-class quality before handover. SportTec offers a standard build with extensive customization options and a range of optional extras to meet individual client requirements.

Over the years, SportTec has introduced distinct product lines, including the Explorer range launched in 2019 and the Sport-Tec-Adventure-Ready (S-T-A-R) range in 2024, which is specifically designed for exploring both on and off the beaten track. Looking ahead to 2025, the company plans to launch its own line of accessories, such as aluminium roof racks and interiors, which will be available for purchase through an online shop.
